Hi my name is Donna. I am a Child Care Educarer that will look after your child/children in my home. I am currently working through Educarents. They are a great locally based company.
I have completed my National Certificate in Early Childhood Education & care. Level 3 (Qualified Nanny)
Other than my own daughter who is now a teenager, I have looked after children ranging in age from 3 months to teenagers.
I offer a fun, caring & stimulating environment. I want the children to feel safe & happy. I like to help them learn as they play & to help them feel confident in any situation they may be in. I also feel that Home Based care is a more personalised service where you can be more 1 on 1 with the child. As the service is a 1:4 ratio, it means that all children get the attention they deserve.
We go to Tumble Tots & Nature Play at Isel Park, & there will be larger group activities at times also, & this is where the children get to interact & socialise in larger numbers of children with other Educarers. Plus we also go to the park. Lots of activities to do at my home also. Sandpit, trampoline, small slide, swing, large water trough, ride ones, books, inside play etc.
Educarents who I am working through has Co-ordinators who come once a month to visit the children & myself.
EVERYONE is eligible for company subsidies. FREE 20 hours ECE and WINZ subsidies are available if eligible.
I have a First Aid certificate. Are Police checked. Full Drivers Licence, Have had a safety inspection done on my home & also have references.
My house is Pet & smoke free. I have a fully fenced section where the children are safe at all times.
